Great culture where you are surrounded by lots of talented people. Fun environment and fast company growth means there are new career opportunities around every corner.

Cons

The fast pace doesn't suit everyone, but is great for those who enjoy being challenged and pushing themselves to accomplish more than the average company requires.

Pros

FSI is a great company with an awesome management and a fun culture. They really value their employees and treat us like family, not a number. We work hard, and play hard together as a team!!

Cons

The only con that comes to mind is kind of pricey health insurance and no orthodontic coverage.

Pros

Culture is great, people are awesome and youll have fun with your co-workers everyday.

Cons

Growing pains. Lack of space and equipment for the applicable departments. They overlook the basic needs of their employees (no sick leave and a very basic PTO of 2 weeks, which you only acrue after working for months). They claim the casual, family like office culture compensates for this, however, if you have a family you can see how this isn't fair. No amount of office culture makes up for my earned time to be with and take care of my real family.
