      Pros

      A paycheck is about it, and perhaps free lunch fridays.

      Cons

      -Employees are undervalued. -Employees are promised raises, that never amount. - Work overtime without time and half. -You are hired for one area, and get thrown into something that has no relevance. -The owner trusts no one to work independently, and likes to micromanage you every hour. -The company lacks an effective communication structure and business ethics. -When new employees are brought on board, your job will be threatened. Worst place ever to work!

      Thank you for your time. We kindly disagree with this review. First and foremost, we would like to point out that this review cannot be for Supreme Tech. Supreme Tech provides consulting services at client sites with end to end project management being managed by our clients. Secondly, Supreme Tech's administration is outsourced and managed by another company. If you have any grievance, you should contact the appropriate client or company rather than providing fake reviews about Supreme Tech. We are in business for 15 plus years and have several employees working with us for more than 10 plus years. We are constantly growing and diversifying into other sectors. All these reviews and especially your repeated reviews will help endeavor us to do better. We are 100% sure that these reviews are NOT true reflection of Supreme Tech. Hope you know it too. Client Satisfaction and individual performance to satisfy client needs are top most priority for our company.

      Owner wants to pay nothing and has unrealistic expectations

      Pros

      Not sure but may be okay for contractors but horrible for Administrative positions. Don't waste your time

      Cons

      He watches you every second. Wants to know if you are adding value to his company every minute of the day. Does not value others time but expects you to value his.

      Thank you for taking time to review our company. Our company's operational structure is pretty flat and our corporate environment is very friendly. There are processes in place for managing the day to day operational activities in every department of the company. Our company allows our staff to work independently and Non-pressure work environment. Our top management strives to provide top notch service to our clients as well as to our consultants. We are always on top of things and try to respond to queries immediately. As per our company policy, Our company has a probation period for newly hired and freshers for a period of six months. Our company has its own KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) to evaluate each individual performance and promote them with salary appreciation accordingly. Our top management has open door policy.
