Pros

Great work/life balance. I loved being able to work hours that worked for me! Benefits are decent, but can be pricey

Cons

Management isn’t the greatest here. Most C-suite people and directors are based out of Charlotte, NC. The most diversity that you will see is out on the production floor. There’s hardly any women in leadership roles
