      Pros

      Suralink is a great company to work for! Leadership is super involved and engaged and they strive to maintain a great company culture. There is a lot of focus on helping employees succeed and grow. Benefits are great.

      As it is a relatively new company, we don't have a 401k matching plan yet.

      1. A growing company means opportunities. 2. Suralink understands and strongly supports a work/life balance. 3. The company culture is uncomparable, everyone is here to help and they are so friendly in the process of teaching you. 4. Our clients are leading the industry and we get to work day in and day out with them, changing the way they think about security. 5. Suralink provides regular communication, listens to and considers new ideas, and is continually encourages growth, both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, especially start-ups. While we grow, there are things evolving every day (formalizing procedures, new technology, growing the team) that come along with any company growing. It is important to not get hung up on what is wrong or the "cons" but rather to focus on the positive changes, the progress you can watch happening right in front of your eyes and the actions (not just the words) that are being put forth. With growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role that you play in it.
