Pros

Many growth and educational opportunities, strongly promotes work / life balance, schedule flexibility, good company culture is a priority, an overall quality company and team to work with.

Cons

Some work outside of normal hours is required in some roles, but the time is always returned with early days off. This is not the kind of company you apply to with the expectation of doing the bare minimum. If you intend to apply, intend to do your job well. There is a high bar for quality of work set, and it's the reason the company does so well.

Pros

The positive things I have to say about Suralink are essentially endless. The company's leadership strongly values work/life balance, flexibility and inclusion. They have a strong position of creating a culture and workplace that they and others will want to show up for and be a part of. They are also adamant about providing consistent growth and advancement opportunities. Everyone in the company has their voice and opinion heard and considered and everyone knows each other. Some other pros I'd note are: - Great benefits - Great PTO as well as schedule flexibility - Great salary - Challenging work that brings new skills and value - Opportunities to try new things - Valuable experience in an early stage SaaS company - Fun culture and people - Very open, kind and trustworthy leadership on the company level

Cons

Suralink is still a young company and is therefor not fully fleshed out in many ways (which is also a pro). Building a team from scratch, implementing processes and onboarding new hires can feel very manual and challenging. Also coming into a new team that is still establishing standards and processes can be challenging. The only "cons" I have to admit with Suralink pertain to the stage of the company and not the people or situation within the company. I am very aware that all start ups who find a market go through these obstacles on their way to being fully established.

Pros

Suralink is an amazing company. The founders are very invested in each team member and give us ample opportunity for continued personal and professional growth. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously, which makes for a fun and cooperative work environment. Suralink really is a family-like atmosphere and every person here helps lift each other up on a daily basis.

Cons

All companies (all things that exist for that matter) have some troubles. The only thing that could be considered challenging is the very standard growing pains of a startup to mid sized company. I've been though my share of growing pains with companies and Suralink is doing a masterful job handling the company growth.
