      Unlimited PTO, Remote options throughout the US, 401k + Match, Good Health Insurance Options.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for day-to-day job requirements, having to work 50+ hours a week to hit goals. Little to no work-life balance, with late shift requirements. Unclear expectations for the job as well, before being hired I was told to make a certain amount of dials, however they are expecting you to take inbound calls, answer chat messages, outbound calls, the entire sales process, and more.
