Pros
The management was very fair when you needed time off No weekends unless you are customer service Great employees to work with Casual Dress code (jeans and shorts allowed)
Cons
Compensation is by far the worst I've received. Promotions given in the sales arena by favortism not by performance Not enough staff to open accounts when we sell Managment not great on communicating changes to their employees They focus too much on their add ons ( selling worker comp, insurance) and not enough on the basics Management has no clue as to the "happenings of the employees" they think everthing is fine and dandy when really employees are UNHAPPY Gave quotas 1/3 of the way thru the quarter which means that they take in account of what you already have sold and add that on to your quota. Making it impossible to get a fair quota
