      Pros

      Advancement Opportunities as organization is in growth stage. Benefits are amazing. As a Paychex company, benefits of a large organization while working in a smaller company so your voice is heard. Good work/life balance. Career advancement available for those with strong sense of self initiation.

      Cons

      Growth stage means some growing pains, more of an opportunity then a con.

      I've been with SurePayroll for 3+ years now. - You can learn a lot very quickly in a short time - Surrounded by nothing but incredibly smart and self-driven individuals. - Compensation is not beyond my expectations but more than suitable. - A lot of room for exploring market-leading technologies and encouragement from senior management that keep you interested and focused.

      Cons

      No cons so far, seriously. Does Surepayroll demand smart work? Yes! Is it require more learning? Yes! Is it rewarding? Yes! So I'm not calling that a 'con'.

      Pros

      The people and climate for sure. I just like the buttoned down, small business vibe of the whole company. But on an important side note, during the difficulties we've all experienced over the past 2 years, SurePayroll has continually amazed me with their management integrity. They have been very gracious to us and our families during this time with employee bonuses and work from home incentives. They have been very understanding. I highly recommend working for this employer.

      Cons

      Offices not that close to downtown if you live that way.
