***middle management*** As an employee, middle management will make you feel like you never do enough, your successes are not wins, your mistakes are the next doomsday on the company, and you are easily replaceable. Middle management takes outside stress out on their employees. During the beginning of the pandemic, middle management threatened my position because of a simple mistake I made - "Do you like your job? Well you better start acting like it if you want to keep it."
