      -Management works hard to help you build to your career goals -Company-paid training resources -Dedication to Agile methodology -Supportive and teamwork-oriented atmosphere -Work from home / general work-life balance benefits Overall a very positive experience, and a huge improvement from other Engineering positions I've had.

      Advancement Opportunities as organization is in growth stage. Benefits are amazing. As a Paychex company, benefits of a large organization while working in a smaller company so your voice is heard. Good work/life balance. Career advancement available for those with strong sense of self initiation.

      Growth stage means some growing pains, more of an opportunity then a con.
