      Pros

      At first the company is great. I figure most positive reviews here are from new hires who have not yet realized how completed underpaid and undervalued they are.

      Cons

      They CS team hates their jobs and are regularly rude and dismissive to callers. If someone leave the company CS treats them so poorly it made my stomach turn. The work atmosphere is poor and people are generally unhappy. Other departments are okay but CS is the scum of the earth there.
