      Pros

      Good sales training, goals are usually met, compensation is good for good performance. I like the team I was on.

      Cons

      Pace is very hectic during the busy season, but the commissions earned make it worthwhile.

      Growing pains. Not much room for growth or promotion unless someone wants to transfer to the parent company Paychex.

      Pros

      The compensation and benefits package are both great. 401k matching and a very good health insurance plan. Hours are not too long and the people are great to work with

      Cons

      Can get a little old selling the same product over and over - but overall the job is easy enough and the room for advancement and the people make it worth it.
