SurePayroll provides work-life balance and is family friendly. They are a growth-oriented company with the backing of an established parent company (Paychex).
Cons
SurePayroll is working on employee retention strategies. They haven't been able to retain several key, high-performance employees. When these employees leave, it does provide opportunity for other colleagues to step in. But, this situation also provides knowledge gaps, which require months to overcome.
