Pros

Overall, not bad if you don't mind a schedule that fluctuates or minimum wage pay. They do have decent benefits and PTO.

Cons

If you want a consistent schedule, hash that out, otherwise it will be all over the place. Customers can be really rude, management is mixed (like just about everywhere).

vendor relationships and going to trade shows. but if you do attend a trade show they make you share rooms with other employees as grown adults

Cons

discriminatory, only favor family members or jewish people that work there. barely get any raise despite increasing revenue exponentially. extremely toxic work environment
