I made some really good friends while working at Surf Style, unfortunately I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth due to upper management.

Cons

Basically the only way you can EVER advance your career here is if you are 1 of 2 things. Either from Israel or Jewish. Period. I worked extremely hard for quite a number of years and still at every review I made barely a $.25-.75 raise! They are cheap with their salaries and hardly ever promote anyone who is not in their inner circle.

Not the best place to work . Getting really slow in winter , wasting your life by spending there a lot of time

Cons

to many working hours !! And you can't work less , if you can't work what they want you are not gonna work there . Never can be sick , you can miss your shift only if you are dead . Never have extra employees

Roach infested stores, management that barely speaks English, district manager hiring foreign kids that speak NO English and provides a place for them to live but overcharges them for rent while employees are sleeping 6+ people in a two bedroom apartment and puts the rest of the money in his pocket, unprofessional, cheap, terrible
