Since everyone, for the most part, hates working there, we all shared a common bond that grew relationships.

Cons

Not always treated the best by managers. Also, taught to fear the ceo and we did things to impress him instead of customers.

Great Job to learn business, customer service, and professionalism. Constantly improving with benefits and changing issues that are found. Great job opportunity for good employees that put in the time and effort to move up. You get what you put in.

Cons

Pay is not bad but could be better. The more you work the more you make.

There is almost no reason to work at Surf Style except for the massive amount of hours.

Cons

Pay, benefits, and room for advancement. They're NO sick days you work till you drop dead. Pay is laughable. Benefits are a joke. Unless your family you don't move up. Best you can hope for is to get a salary position which consists of 96 hour workweeks 6 months out of the year for an annual salary of $34000.
