Paid Travel Decent Pay Rate

Cons

There are some dangerous people within the executive team. There are people who claim to believers both within the executives, and the sales team, who are clearly here for their own greed and to take advantage of students. There are at least 2 people on the traveling sales team committing fraud on the stage through lying and deceitful sales tactics. There are many good people, but many bad eggs, and some from a PATH that shows no evidence of Christ in their lives, and are clearly faking it.

Great friends and cause. Changing peoples lives

Cons

The extents of the Good cause is what holds people there. Here its about who you know and if you know the right people then you get promoted or hired in general. Pays lowest in the market, and you never see a bonus.

Pros

I have been with Life Surge for 1.5 years and this is by far the best company I have ever worked for. The culture is unlike anything I've experienced. Not only is everyone striving for excellence and continuous growth, but everyone also encourages and loves each other along the way. There is so much room to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually at Life Surge. I have been inspired, challenged, and loved well during my time here. I am humbled everyday and grateful to work here.
