There aren't many companies built like Life Surge. What makes them stand apart from the rest is the culture the company creates. It's a faith based company with a mission to help people live their best life financially and spiritually. Because the vision is large and the founder and leadership have extremely high goals, there are high expectations making the environment feel fast paced but rest assure, it's a fun and family friendly place to work.

Cons

The fast pace isn't for everyone and high expectations can feel intimidating.
