There is great collaboration across all departments. The executive team personally hold the values of the company, which creates an incredible culture that trickles down. It is such a fun place to work!

Cons

It's a young company, so there are still growing pains. Sometimes the salaries are lower than they would be in other companies.

I have been working with LIFE SURGE for 2 years now and I love it! It is very fast paced, and growing very fast, so being flexible with the ability to pivot quickly is very important here. They recognize hard workers and skill. If you work hard, they will recognize that and give you growth opportunities. The BEST part is the culture! We all care for each other and want every single person and department to thrive. It is a very collaborative environment.

I love working here because of the community. Everyone is very welcoming. Growth is big here at Life Surge. I started not knowing much about Talent Acquisitions but I have learned so much just within a couple of months. This job is perfect for people who want to grow in their current role.

This company is a start-up so that means we run at a fast pace. Personally, I like to stay busy but that is not for everyone.
