Pros

Life Surge is a great company with a greater mission. It's amazing to be a part of an organization that's impacting lives each and every day. The company has nearly doubled in size in the last year, providing incredible opportunities for growth and advancement. Anyone can have a seat at the table with hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm for the future.

Cons

As an events based company, there can be work to be done outside of traditional working hours. However, the company does a great job to accommodate teams with non-traditional schedules.

The faith - based culture is warm and welcoming. Everyone at this company is consistently happy and friendly, as a result. Your role/position is valued and so is your presence. Professionalism and motivation are key, but the atmosphere is relaxed. Such a great example of appreciating your team and employees! There is generosity in resources and encouragement in growth.

Cons
