I genuinely like coming to work everyday. I like my co-workers. I also like that I can voice my opinion on how to make things better and feel like I get listened to. What I do seems to matter and that makes me happy.

Cons

A lot of your success depends on you. Be part of the solution to problems. Some people here complain a lot and I wish they would just leave. It is a great place to work and they get me down.
