      Pros

      Fast paced. Bright CEO. Forward thinking. Excellent tools to perform job tasks and provide customer service. Fun industry. Customer service oriented.

      Cons

      Mgmt has horrific attitude towards employees, especially those not directly working for the company. Toxic culture. Everyone, aside from the young & impressionable, is biding their time until they can find a better opportunity. Minimum salaries with unattainable bonus structures.

      Some flexibility, van pool, HR guy Steve and Joyelle (the only two people that care)

      Cons

      Unorganized management, job confusion, no raises, no promotions, constant change, no job security, long drive, harassing warehouse workers, long hours

Within the past two months, we have made huge strides in understanding and organizing each job at Surya, ensuring we have the right people in the right places. Employees have transferred internally and others have been promoted to new roles. We certainly have room for improvement and have a renewed focus on our people.
