      Too much work, not enough help

      Good people to work with, good teams

      Cons

      Cramped spaces, too loud, no one wants to be the bad guy and inform others of disruption, passing the buck.... Pay rates are wildly scattered, rather pay you $10 an hour and others $65,000 a year....

      I appreciate your input. The workload is very heavy right now because of Surya's aggressive growth. Relief is coming - before the end of 2015, we will be in our brand new corporate offices with plenty of room to expand; 1,000,000 square feet!

      Fast Paced, Hard working, Ever Changing

      This company gives entry level professionals a chance to grow and expand their knowledge and skills.

      Cons

      They are a fast growing company that is still laying the foundation to be a great company. With that being said employees have to do more than just what is listed under their job responsibilities.

      Thank you for mentioning the tremendous entry-level opportunities Surya offers. With our fast growth, we've recently had Employees transferring jobs internally, and others being promoted into new roles.

      Yes, Surya has many hard-working and talented people who are passionate about what they do. Balancing a work schedule with life-needs is tough for most of us, so we provide a friendly, casual work environment, and encourage our employees to learn from one another.
