Pros

Most of the low-level employees are awesome people.

Cons

Where to start? The leadership team is terrible and run the business like dictators, and it trickles down to the department supervisors who are not qualified and have let the positions go to their head. Pay is low compared to industry standard. Employees that work hard are not valued and eventually become mindless drones who don't care about what they do anymore. Constantly micro managed like preschool children.

The new office is very appealing to the eye!

Cons

Pay, management, unrealistic expectations unless they provide the proper resources. Communication between departments is ridiculous. Software is way outdated and not up to industry standards for a company that size.

Pros

They hire some amazing people. You could network and use this as a stepping stone.

Cons

They cannot keep their great hires. CEO really wants company to grow, but he cannot step back and let people do their job. Very difficult to establish a routine as the rules/process changes everyday. It is really unlike any company I've ever worked for and heard of. Very much a sink or swim-away type place.
