      Pros

      The warehouse workers and some managers are great! They know what team work mean!

      Cons

      They don't have a clue when It comes to safety. The warehouse guys climb the racks like monkeys, 90% of the ladders are broken! They don't care about safety. All they care about is making money and partying! The raises are pitiful. Last was the highest grossing year ever, and the raises was the worse ever. They leadership of this company loves to micro-manage everything. Your not Amazon or Google! You don't want to spend money on anything that would help the company and make people stay here.

      Thanks for the direct comments. Surya certainly cares about the welfare and safety of all employees. The new corporate offices will be state of the art with improved safety features throughout.

      Pros

      Salary is okay. Located in the middle of rural farmland. Building is beautiful.

      Cons

      Upper management is not enjoyable. Constantly in a state of hiring and firing - you never knew if you were next EVEN IF your numbers were where they were supposed to be. VERY high turnover and they will fire you without reason. Very unfortunate that I did not receive commissioned bonuses based on other departments mistakes. I was offered no solution and was not paid the bonus I had been told I would be receiving. VERY shady business practices.

      The product is the only good thing about this company!

      Cons

      Everything. The CEO is the most horrible person and is a HR walking nightmare. He is so inappropriate! He only cares about himself and writes the positive comments on GD. He's obsessed with these ratings. There is absolutely no room for growth and benefits are terrible.
