1. Full freedom to apply your ideas. 2. Good for freshers to get exposure to work. From the day one you will be on project and will be having access to code and can modify code because seniors don't know how to apply policies in TFS to restrict this.

Cons

1. Too much of work pressure because of bad management. In Other words every now and then you have to clean others mistakes and listen for the same. 2. No Escalation policy. 3. Nepotism is recent trend in Surya. 4. Work on Outdated technology. A Big no to guys with experience. After certain period you ll be out of market.
