1. Not recommended for experience people. 2. One man show by CEO. He will make you to leave company if he don't like you. 3. No training, No documents, No proper procedures for projects you have struggle to learn concepts. Recommended for finance background people. 4. Firing employees is very common in Surya. 5. If manager adopted to work for 12 hours in a day. He will expect same from his employees. 6. Mistakes will not be accepted as team. Blame will be for employees only. 7.
