Worse place to survive company runs based on management wish not based on policies forget your personal life if you are in surya Management wants you to work for saturdays and sundays with no extra salary or compoff D N Prahlad (CEO) is a big lier he keep telling fals stories about his past which most of them are false This is not a MNC its just a sales office in US which is also not performing well

1. Pathetic management. 2. You have no idea who is your reporting manager is. Often, other manager will come and say, 'hey can you stop what you are doing and start with this. It should be ready for demo tomorrow" 3. I feel, the company still follows some old school kinda management style 4. Salary is far behind market standards
