1. Good promotions/projects/ 2. There is some product development also. 3. Exposure to Banking/ERP domains 4. You will be grilled by top senior folks so you can survive anywhere once you leave this co :)

Cons

1. Pathetic mgmt 2. You have too many managers to report to. Every tom, dik n harrry asks you status reports 3. Too many processes. 4. HR is almost absent. No HR policy. One woman army @ HR. 5. Dumb mgmt. You are expected to work day-thru-night. No one hears your problems. 6. Taking off is so difficult - you need to explain your manager/his manager/his manager all your problems - even if it is your personal/private problem!
