Komen's strength is the staff. The general employee population are hard-working, passionate and intelligent people who give their best every day for a great cause.

Pros

Dedicated staff all aligned with the singular mission to find a cure for breast cancer. Very organized staffing break down with clear roles assigned and I knew who to turn to for help on different projects. I enjoyed the variety of programs I got to work on. Great benefits!

Cons

Went through some tough times around the Planned Parenthood decision and changes in CEO and lots of turnover around that time made things difficult
