Good place to enhance the nonprofit management skills. Nice boss and effectively work environment.

Cons

They don't have many people in Columbia, MO. The career opportunities are not very many. It's better to expand the company with more people and more money.

The group I worked for in the IT Department was great. They take care of their employees fairly. You will be paid well per standards, and pay a decent bonus whenever the company does well. There is no stress since the managers in this department are organized and tend to make their employees keep things organized. Terrific work-life balance, second to none I have seen. Will work out good for people with kids, especially moms.

Cons

Not sure about the growth of the company. If you are very ambitious, you might want to look elsewhere.
