      Pros

      I actually get in to a good team, basically I'm only the person on that ML team, I directly report to Director of ML Dept. So for me everything good.

      Cons

      Recently they introduced some kind of time tracking software. it is really pathetic experience to work with it. Since their main business works on call center services the same kind of tracking software implemented for developers and engineers too. If you let system ideal for 5 min for any kind of break or even you may think and brainstorming with others for implement a feature, the system will get locked, you can unlock it only by entering the reason (reason should contain at least 100 charecters )

      It's good to start your career. Lot's of internal carriers options. Decent salary.

      Good start for an IT career

      Pros

      1. MNC Feel in infrastructure and facilities where as startup feel in learning 2. Good starter salaries and good offerings for experienced entries 3. No much pressure 4.Salaries paid on time always

      Cons

      1. Not much challenging environment 2. No much scope to enhance our leadership skills and grow into a leadership roles 3. Poor employee engagement programmes 4. Limited scope on the technology end, no R&D happenings anywhere
