Pros

You can learn process in a better way if you get a good support No cab issues for female employees

Cons

There are many cons. If they need you they'll keep you or else they'll throw you. Business is their only matter and they won't consider about the problems you undergo in the team. They'll push you to achieve targets. 6 days work. They'll ask you to work more than working hours. No proper break is allowed. Completely Biased. No one there gets level for the hardwork they do. Not a good salary. No action will be taken on anyone even if you complain. At the time of relieving you won't get relieving letter or settlement amount within 45 days. They'll use you to the core and throw.
