      1. Flexiblility for employees if needed. 2. Lot of career options and paths to choose from for the employees within the organization 3. Great colleagues and mentors you could find here

      Cons

      1. Since Sutherland has high attrition rate because of entry level employees, it'd take time for you to build your profile within the organization. 2. Salary constraints are there as compared to the competitors out there. 3. Also, since most of the processes within the organization are western based, our shifts tend to be in the night times. So, it'd be difficult for you to be flexible with your shifts on a long term basis (main reason for high attrition too)
