      Pros

      Lots of OT when they are short-staffed. This happens every holiday season. Commission. Supervisors are very friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Low wages, not a lot of room for advancement. I have a bachelors degree and couldn't even move to management. That is ultimately why I left. Also the hours were varied a lot and requests for specific time blocks that I couldn't work were ignored.
