      Pros

      The pay was decent, better then some companies pay. They have good benefits also. Not many other pros to this company.

      Cons

      Can get fired for missing days even if you have a doctors note. Can only miss 8 days out of 6 months or else termination.They don't care about their employees! Managers are very unorganized and never on the same page. All around bad company!!!

      Pros

      The good part about working for Sutherland Global Services is that you will be to work overtime most days.

      Cons

      Be cautious with this company, they will walk all over you and think nothing of it. They don't pay employees what they should. Management is no help to you and they only see you as number on a spreadsheet.
