      Not too many! The office looks nice

      Cons

      Management has little to no care about there employees. Pay is sub par. Quick to point out anything bad you do, rarely, if ever, congratulate you on the good things you do. Management will literally tell you they do not have time to talk to you if you have a question. As they grew they lost touch with the worker.

      Pros

      I cannot think of many pros. The pay was good. The sign on bonus was nice. I worked with some nice coders.

      They promise the world, very unorganized, dishonest, unethical in my opinion, poor communication.

      Reasonable pay, solid 40 hours a week, overtime often available

      No job security, high turnover, not willing to accommodate approved FMLA and often require mandatory lunch overtime
