      Working from home and the training period was good

      You send an email to a manager and they read it but never reply, they never answer phone calls... you don't hear from them unless they want to dictate to you its very unsettling

      Indoors, newly renovated facility, secure building

      Cons

      Heartless with the attendance policy. I had doctors notes and still was written up for both appointments. Keep in mind that both doctors notes were on his practices letterhead and could have been verified at any given time. Also, it is sales, not customer service. Be more upfront with this in the interviews.

      The organization as a whole. HR is not there to assist employees- everything about this place sucks. You get harassed on a daily. Its a complete sweat shop. This company DOES NOT care about its employees. RUN!!
