Low pay than competitions, wfh options

Culture of "Great Place To Work" is a joke. There's no "life-work balance". Some directors feel like gods -- slave drivers but incompetent. They can't fix performance issues because they only tap their favorite employees to run the show -- equally incompetent people. They do not know collaboration; they only know competition even if there should be only one goal: fix performance issues. Some managers only know how to point fingers and look for someone to blame; they know not how to manage people. My senior manager especially feels all-too-mighty-and-high; he competes with his managers and wants to be the most brilliant and most intelligent in the room all the time. LOL. The director I worked with was too full of himself and hates favoritism but he has his favorites. LOL.
