Pros

-Average Benefits -There are none besides the average benefits.

Cons

They lie, they change policies without warning and without explaining the change. Their tech assistance is horrible and they don't pay you if you have an issue with their system. They promote people who have no idea about the client's business- think old boy system there. They will let go of employees without notice, and if they do give you an "end date" they will not stick by it. If your company is being "absorbed" by Sutherland from your current company, get out now. They do not organize, listen, or understand anything that they should.

Pros

I learned world class customer service skills. It was great working with others and helping people with issues that are upset it fells good that I have the power an skill to defuse an irate customer. I got to experience the skill of sales its a great job.

Cons

Sometimes you get overwhelmed with customers and co workers. The management could of used better people but Sutherland was a great experience.
