Pros
If you need a quick job they will hire anyone. Most of their programs start at 9.50/hr and then you make commission. If you have any sort of brain the management will take notice and eventually you can move up.
Cons
The quality of people who work there are awful. Everyday you wonder who is going to take ridiculously long breaks or not do their job. I eventually was a "senior consultant" which is the level below management and had to deal with call avoidance, long breaks, employees yelling at you for no reason at all, no pay raise for moving up.
