Only pro i see here is still there is work from home and u can get ur off swaps and shift swaps if u want.

Cons

The management is worst. And the worst part is they don't give u sick leaves. U have to beg for sick leave. All they say is take meds and do a half day which is 6 and 30mins. If i can sit for 6 hrs 30 mins i can do more 3 hrs and do a full day. No one has to beg for sick leaves and no company should deny a sick leave. Health is improtant and it should be considered.
