      Pros

      They always pay on time. My manager was new in her position and she was nice and very understanding.

      Cons

      -They lied and said that we would be able to pick our schedules. -They lied and said that we would only do chat and that they headphones we were to buy was to communicate in our one on ones. They put me on phones within the first week with no warning. -When I gave my two weeks the VP asked what they could do to "fix it" and when I said to go back on chat, he stated that everyone was moving to phones. I don't appreciate being lied to. -Maybe not a con but benefits (health and time off) don't start until after 90 days

      They do offer good Benefits.

      They fired me over me having a medical condition causing me to miss out on a lot of work.
