The technology is miserable. The computers are poor quality. You need extreme patience to work with your direct reports to overcome vast technological issues. The metric demands are high, and compliance demands are stressful. Clients have broad ability to make abrupt, and difficult demands. Some hires are under skilled. I have had more than my fair share of direct reports who have little value for or awareness of standard professionalism and business expectations. The quality and skillsets for many who are hired for entry level positions are challenged, to put it politely.

The pay is horrendous. Their starting pay for new employees is $12 an hour. If you're a job seeker and you let them know that you want to be paid more, they will ghost you. Very unprofessional.
