      Pros

      In the Old SGS there were many Pro's... Advancement Opportunities, Recognition, Benefits, etc... This has changed in the recent years

      Cons

      You are a Number... You are not a necessity... You are disposable when you cost too much... They are (from outside perspective) preparing this private company for sale to potentially become public. They are trimming the fat whether it is needed or not in an attempt to look lean - results are anemic. I have heard from many who are still employed that they also are waiting for the other shoe to drop, the sites are consolidating and the positions are being "streamlined" or ELIMINATED. They are out of business and do not realize it yet.

      Pros

      You work from home; paid training; so far my schedule is exactly what I want; after like 10pm calls are really slow which is a good thing!!! So far I really enjoy it

      Cons

      Scheduling!!! They should give them 2 weeks in advance so you can plan your life!!

      the only pro is working from home

      Cons

      where do i start, shorten pay shorten overtime does not follow law no assistance when needed tech issues, meaning if something is wrong with their stations, you are suppose to log off and not get paid while working with getting system up. to many others to list
