Pros

None that I can think of There is nothing about working here that I liked I was very glad to get out of there.

Cons

Very poor training, low pay for all the information they dump on you then they expect you to remember it all once you hit the floor no notes allowed. They have about 12 different systems you have to pull up everyday. When you ask for help you wait forever then the customer hangs up. When the customer ask to speak to a supervisor nobody will take the call. Very high sales pressure all you hear is did you make any sales today. And in training they tell you if the customer says no let them go but once you hit the floor that is all out the window. And all you get all day long is billing calls they are upset because the bill is so high and they are screaming at you then they expect you to sell them something on top of that. It's no wonder the place has a revolving door. Then if the customer calls back they hold against your numbers. You don't even get out of training and people are quitting and looking for another job. My advice is to run as far away from that place as you can and don't look back. DO NOT WORK HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Pros

None. So Here's five words.

Cons

- Depending on the program they are run like a circus - Will hire anyone off of the street, I was the only interviewee with a shirt and tie - Little to no support from management - Was demoted from a Floor support lead to a CSR because other coworkers "didn't feel it was fair" .. wait, what? - hours are all over the place, and you are never truely an employee of the company you are outsourced for - you are less than a number, this is a BPO company so they hire a bunch of street trash to run a new contract they are being paid by a company to outsource. You are a body for a chair, if you leave they will hire someone else to take your place.

Pros

I am transgendered, regularly ill, need a modified schedule, never worked in a call center, had some personal start up issues when I first started. The management I worked with accommodated every challenge, provided me additional coaching, and I continue to receive additional and personal support from my Team Manager so that I too can be a useful and productive agent for my project.

Cons

Training on my program was 2 or 3 weeks long and was disorganized. The trainer was sweet but allowed some people to derail the course of the training which resulted in some issues being uncovered. Even so, the kind of support we provide for this particular product is really something you have to learn by doing. I don't think there was much that the trainers could have prepared us for. My only major criticism is the disorganization and outdated technology practices. The intranet is in need of a makeover, implementation of VDI and VPN solutions are a little messy.
