Not the best, not the worst

Work from home, semi-flexible schedule, relatively decent job security in MY program - please note that doesn't apply to most of the others there.

Cons

Pay is about 30% lower than industry standard for this job type and raises are a joke, ADA compliance is difficult to negotiate and not readily available. Benefits are a bit expensive and they just changed companies so I don't have details on the new one. No retirement matching. Also while they did furnish computer equipment for WFH, they refuse to supply any additional peripherals and don't compensate any extra for required high speed internet or unlimited talk time phone plan. Also it's a call center. You know the drill.
