- Highly inclusive and diversified workforce and work types. - Service Delivery Leadership Team genuinely care about the people and the business they manage. - Competitive compensation (all in opportunity) - Absolutely limitless potential to grow and develop into almost any sort of role or level (outside of CEO :-)).

Cons

- The initial learning curve can be intimidating. - Technology is being updated, but was beginning to lag compared to industry expectations. - You may come across some office politics or big corporate egos from time to time, but there's plenty of great people to overshadow these few.

I’ve met some of the most talented people ever and had so many opportunities to explore my own talents during my time at Sutherland. It’s also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. And, it really is inspiring to be exposed to the creative and sometimes world-changing things we have an opportunity to be involved in.

Cons

Like many companies in growth mode there are going to be challenges. Personally, I've found that those challenges come with fantastic opportunities as well. That said, things can tend to be matrixed, so to be successful you need great navigation, collaboration and influencing skills.
