Pros

I was in work from home so this was a pro

Cons

None stop calls incoming, breaks timed to the second and you better not need the rest room outside of breaktime, or want to use pto because for three years it always refused, if you want lots of mandatory overtime ( 12 hour shifts ) then it would work but for me it demanded a lot for little pay.

Pros

For those who are not working in the BPO/Call Center but more in an admin/leadership side of things, there are great opportunities to work from home and hold remote positions. Quick and ok way to kick-start a career and being able to have supervisory/management experience in a short time if you can showcase your talents.

Cons

Company will stick with whoever does the most for the lowest amount of money. Therefore, no matter if you are a top performer, or an amazing talent, you will be quickly replaced or stuck in limbo. Low salaries, and unrealistic expectations. No real job architecture or career path as well as employee benefits.

Pros

Pay is decent, the food trucks are good and your co workers are nice but that’s about it outside of the building looks like section 8

Cons

Training went from 3 weeks to 6 weeks and even though they tell you not to worry about ocp and to just do your best and it’s not about how many cases you solve but they will let you go because of your stats. Someone who was in my training class broke all of the policies and was obnoxious throughout the training and HR didn’t let him go. His mom worked in a different department so there was a lot of sympathy for him but screw everyone else. He would go across the street with HR to snitch about whose hurting his “feelings” ..... a lot of favoritism and no job stability I was only there for 6 months and I was out
