      Pros

      I decided to work here because the interview process was not stressful compared to other BPOs. Asides from that, what I really liked the most is having the following pros: Negotiable salary, fun training experience, approachable people, nice facilities and yes, the food in the canteen was delicious and was inexpensive.

      Cons

      Very strict on attendance and tardiness regardless of the excuse, be it medical concerns.

      Pros

      Working at home is great; Good promotion and bonus opportunities; Part-time work is only 25 hours mandatory, but you get opportunity for all the overtime you can handle.

      Cons

      Time-off is non-existent; have to make-up all time off; Software for WAH is only acceptable; Systems down frequently, practically every day there is a software problem that requires technical support to work without basic tools. Technical positions requires mandatory sales regardless of how good you are at technical support.
